We understand that events will happen that may prevent you from attending jobs. If you feel unwell, it would be best to let us know at least 24 hours before the service so you won't incur the last-minute cancellation fee and for us to let your customer know.
If it can't be helped and you need to cancel a job on the day, please get in touch with us and submit a support form with a copy of your doctor's or medical certificate attached so we can waive the fee.
The cancellation fee is equivalent to 2-hours of your hourly rate.
