When our Sales team takes your booking, they will ask how many rooms and bathrooms are in your home. This will give them an indication of how many hours it will take to complete a full property clean. While we always recommend booking a clean for the full amount of hours, we understand that participants may not always have the budget in their NDIS plan for this amount. Therefore we can request that our cleaners are flexible e.g. alternating the cleaning of rooms each week.
