We ask that all service providers document their work at the beginning and end of the service. This includes reporting to our Support Team any feedback they have regarding the service, suggesting additional areas to service or clean, and taking photos of the areas involved. This assists with our quality control and allows us to work with customers to tailor the service to their needs and the specifics of their homes.
Please be assured that any photos taken by the providers will only be used to document the scope of work and will not include images of people or personal items not included in our service checklists.
