If your UrbanYou service falls on a public holiday, you will be charged an additional hourly rate.
You can reschedule or cancel the service at no cost using the UrbanYou app or by contacting our Support team at 1300 048 566 or submit a request form at least 24 hours before the scheduled start time.
If your regularly scheduled service team is also unavailable on the rescheduled appointment date, we will find a replacement. If you have time flexibility, it will also help us find a new provider for your service.
