Public Holiday Surcharge

Customers with regular weekly and fortnightly services do not pay the Public Holiday surcharge if their regular service day falls on a public holiday. As such providers attending do not receive the holiday pay as well. 

If you would like to take a holiday instead during these days and/or arrange a reschedule, please contact  UrbanYou at least 24 hours before the start of the booking so we can organise this with your customer.
