When you're booking online, we'll ask for your Gift Voucher code during the last step of the process, just before we ask for payment. The field looks like this:
If you put your Gift Voucher code in the coupon or referral code field which appears earlier on in the booking process, you'll instead get an error code. Please continue with the booking process and we'll ask for your Gift Voucher code later, as seen above.
If you get an error when inputting your code into the Gift Voucher section, please first double-check it matches the code sent in our email. If it's still not working, please take a screenshot and email it to support@urbanyou.com and our Customer Support team will happily assist.
