If you have any issues with the clean, need to change the schedule, skip a clean, or just want to provide us with some feedback, our Customer Happiness team is available to contact Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (AEST) and Saturday 8am-4pm (AEST). What happens if I need to change or cancel a clean for my client?
