What happens if I need to change or cancel a clean for my client?


If you need to reschedule or skip any cleans, simply contact our Customer Support team by calling 1300 048 566 or emailing support@urbanyou.com. Our team is available to contact Monday-Friday 8am-6pm (AEST) and Saturday 8am-4pm (AEST).

We require 24 hours notice for any changes to a booking as otherwise cancellation fees may apply.
