Yes! We understand that when you find a cleaner you are happy and comfortable with you want them to stay, which is why we keep the same cleaner on all recurring bookings. There may be a once-off when your cleaner cannot attend, but our Customer Happiness team will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that we have assigned a temporary replacement cleaner to your clean.
