My client does not like having multiple strangers in their home. Can we have the same regular cleaner?


Absolutely! We understand that it is important to provide participants with continuity and structure, therefore we strive to keep the same cleaner on all recurring bookings. There may be a once-off when the regular cleaner cannot attend, but our Customer Support team will contact you as soon as possible to let you know that we have assigned a temporary replacement cleaner.
