How can I book in a clean for my client? What details do I need?

To book in a clean for an NDIS participant please call our Sales team on 1300 048 566 (ext 1). We will need some details about your client and their plan, including their full name, date of birth, NDIS claim number, plan expiry date, your contact details and the contact and billing details of the plan manager that will be providing payment for invoices. We will need to verify with the plan manager that the participant’s NDIS plan includes budget for regular cleaning services. 

If your client has an agency managed NDIS plan we will need to create a service booking in the myplace portal before we begin services.
