How do I book in a service? What details do I need to provide?

You can book in a regular cleaning service by phoning one of our Sales team on 1300 048 566 (ext 1). They will ask for your property address, the number of rooms and bathrooms in your property, how often you would like your clean (weekly or fortnightly), what day and time you would like your clean and whether you will need any other extras such as window cleaning, balcony cleaning or laundry. They will also ask you about access instructions for your property, and whether you have any special instructions or requests that you would like your cleaner to know. 

Our Sales team will also ask you some questions about your NDIS plan - these include your full name and date of birth, your NDIS claim number, the plan expiry date and your contact details or the contact details of your support co-ordinator or person who is managing the booking. 

If you are a self-managed NDIS participant you will need to provide your credit card details for payment. 

If you are a plan-managed participant you will need to provide contact and billing details of the plan manager that will be making payment for your invoices. Our team will contact the plan manager to confirm that your NDIS plan includes budget for regular cleaning services. 

If you are an agency-managed participant there may be a short wait time before we can book in your services as there are further administration requirements.
