My property manager won't release my bond because the property isn’t clean. What can I do?

UrbanYou offers a Bond Back Guarantee. If your real estate agent is unhappy with the clean, please contact our Customer Support Team within 72 hours of the service to advise us. We’ll ask that you please send through the condition report from the real estate along with any photos of the missed areas.

Once the condition report has been received, we’ll then arrange for the cleaners to return for a free reclean to complete any missed items from our End-of-Lease checklist.

To be eligible for our Bond Back Guarantee, it is required that the property is unfurnished at the time of the service and that any quoted hours by the Service Provider are accepted and paid for.
