Will I be charged a Change or Cancellation fee?


You can cancel or reschedule without charge right up until 24 hours before your service is scheduled to begin.

A fee will be charged if you advise us a change or cancellation within 24-hours of your service.

Our fee's are:

  • Rescheduled service: 2 x hourly rate of your booking
  • Skipped or cancelled service: The full service fee will be charged


If a Service Provider arrives for a scheduled booking and they're unable to gain entry to complete your service, the full-service fee will be charged.
