I need to extend the time allocated to my booking, what do I do?

If you'd like to add some extra time before your next service, please email our Customer Support Team at support@urbanyou.com to let us know and we'll assist. Our team will give you a new quote for any extras and advise any changes to your Service Provider.

If you want to add tasks during the service, please call us on 1300 048 566. We will check with your Pro if they can extend the time. Some of our Pros might not be available last minute as they may have other scheduled jobs to attend after your service.
