Can I change my booking?


Life is what happens while we are busy making other plans, which is why we understand that things do happen and schedules change.  If you need to make a change to the booking details, please email us at or call 1300 048 566.

  • You can cancel or reschedule, with a full refund, right up until 24 hours before your scheduled booking.
  • Short Notice Cancellation Fee – within 24-hours of your booking, the full-service fee will be charged.
  • Missed Appointment Fee – if a Service Provider arrives for a scheduled booking, but they're unable to gain entry or get started, the full-service fee will be charged. UrbanYou passes these fees onto your Service Provider to help cover their travel costs and loss of work.
