My Service Provider has left before the time was up


If your cleaner or gardener has completed the service before the quoted time is up, please email us at or call us on 1300 048 566 to let us know. We’ll confirm with the Service Provider and will then process a refund for any time difference.

Please note our services have a 2 hour minimum call out fee.
