I have booked over the phone, when will I be charged?


Bookings done over the phone are processed in the same way as online bookings. At the time of booking, your payment will be processed securely via your card.

If you have a recurring service, your first service is charged at the time of booking and your payment for all future services will be pre-authorised up to 72 hours before each service date. The pre-authorisation is then captured after your service has been completed.
