I have booked over the phone, when will I be charged?


Bookings done over the phone are processed in the same way as online bookings. Your payment is processed securely via your card at the time of booking.

If you have a recurring service, your first service is charged at the time of booking, and your payment for all future services will be pre-authorised up to 72 hours before each service date. The pre-authorisation is then captured after your service has been completed.
