Do I have to be home while the Service Provider is there?

Not at all – it's entirely up to you! If you are not home at the time of the service, you may choose to leave your keys at a pre-designated location. Simply let us know at the time of booking or by contacting our Customer Support Team via email at support@urbanyou.com or phone on 1300 048 566 and we'll note it on your booking.
