I’m sick and can't work today and need to cancel jobs, what will I be charged?


We understand that events will happen that may prevent you from attending jobs. If you feel unwell, it would be best to let us know at least 24 hours in advance of a service so you won't incur the last-minute cancellation fee and for us to inform your customer.

If it can't be helped and you need to cancel a job on the day, please contact us and email a copy of your doctor's or medical certificate at support@urbanyou.com so we can waive the fee.

The cancellation fee is equivalent to 2-hours of your hourly rate.
