We strive to delight and deliver on every service. If for any reason you're not satisfied, we'll do our best to make it right!

Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to every UrbanYou service. Let us know within 24 hours of the service if you are not 100% satisfied and we’ll discuss with the Service Provider to arrange to re-attend the service, rectifying any missed items at no additional charge.

To make a claim under our Satisfaction Guarantee, simply email us at support@urbanyou.com.au notifying us of the specific items missed from our checklist with photos.
